To be eligible to play fall football for Etowah Jr. Eagles and prior to participation, each student and his parents/guardians must agree to do or give to the Board of Directors the following:

  • Copy of Birth Certificate: (kept on file) Not needed if played last fall/spring
  • Medical Form: Signed Physician statement dated within 2008
  • Registration Fee of $375: This consists of a $375 registration fee for each child. Please make check out to Etowah Touchdown Club or pay online with a credit card
  • Equipment Deposit Check of $200: At the end of the season, all issued football equipment must be returned on the designated turn-in day or the Deposit Check will be cashed. Please make check out to Etowah Touchdown Club
  • Volunteer time: I understand that this program is run by volunteers. Parent and/or guardian must sign up for and agree to complete concession, field set-up or other volunteer duty for home games
  • Refunds: I understand that there is a $50 FEE to cover Eagle administrative costs if my son quits football within the 1st week of football. No refunds are given after the 1st week of practice. No refunds will be issued if verification from the Department of Education indicates that you are not in the Etowah district and/or if you fail otherwise to provide documentation to support your eligibility.
  • All Forms must be completed and turned into the Secretary prior to receiving equipment
